Product Coordinator - Gifts

• Assist in setting up gift records and components
• Ensure that all gift records and BOM's are compliant with customer requirements
• Track key milestones and manage all details relating to the costing process
• Assist in preparation for customer presentations
• Assist Product Cost Manager with collecting data, identifying current market trends and sharing knowledge with the team
• Collaborate with various business partners including purchasing, operations, logistics and merchandising to understand cost drivers and develop improvement opportunities.
• Sample submissions and shipments
• Managing development calendar
• Researching market and trend data
• Tracking sample progress

The person in this position will perform the following tasks:

• Building PLM records and updating data in a timely manner
• Review and analyze BOM's to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintaining sample request tracker and autonomously identifying and resolving late sample issues
• Ensuring customer samples are assembled correctly prior to shipping
• Managing yearly Program development and updating tracker
• Logging food meeting notes for Program development
• Attending customer presentations and providing sales support
• Any other task deemed necessary by the Product Cost Manager

Requirements

Skills

• Strong MS office skills on the PC platform
• Above average knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong data entry, writing and proofreading skills
• Knowledge of Adobe CS and Graphic design skills are preferred, but not required
• Strong personal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math skills
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
• Process-oriented, organized, attention to detail and accuracy.

Education

• 2 to 3 years of experience working in a professional role in a corporate environment
• Degree in marketing, product management, or business
• Project or product management experience strongly desired
• Design or creative experience is a plus!
