Product Customer Success Manager, CX Expert

The Business Consultant role is an essential part of the service organization under the Advisory function.  In this role you will clearly assess client needs from a business and technical perspective and create efficient solutions with outcomes-based approach that drives to the realization of value for our clients. Deep technical knowledge of the relevant ecosystems of NICE CXone Expert and partnering technologies in the field are necessary to create elegant solutions. (Knowledge management, CRM, call center solutions, authentication protocols etc.)

• Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
• Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed solutions
• Account for possible project challenges on constraints including risks, time, resources and scope
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
• Work closely with the sales engineering team and support during the discovery process
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
• Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
• Provide consultation on CXone Expert and its interactions and dependencies to other technologies such as call center software, and CRM deployments.
• Present products or services in the industry that would be beneficial to client needs
• Plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info, and benefits

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred or relevant experience
• Current understanding of best practices regarding authentication and API access
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture
• Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
• Understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Professional experience working with and analyzing computer hardware and software
