Our search for a Product Data Analyst goes beyond numerical proficiency. We're seeking someone who can transform data into compelling narratives, shaping the future of our product, our company, and impacting millions of lives. Reporting directly to the VP of Analytics, this role is based in the vibrant heart of Austin, TX.

• Delivered actionable insights, propelling the creation of at least three groundbreaking product features

• Crafted an industry-leading dashboard system that's become the gold standard across our departments

• Seamlessly led over 10 product experiments, consistently optimizing results

• Cultivated a resounding data-driven ethos within your pod, with every member rooted in data-driven decision-making thanks to you

• Be the beacon of data wisdom, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers in your team

• Demystify intricate data insights, carving out clear avenues for strategic decisions and team direction

• Architect and shepherd experiments, aligning the squad on outcomes, and delving deep into results

• Engineer intuitive dashboards that democratize data access for everyone

• Work with product managers to define product metrics, analytics events, and success targets 

• Extend your product analytics prowess to other teams, from sales to marketing

• Craft riveting data-driven presentations that captivate and inform

• At least 2 years of professional experience post graduation in a dynamic or startup environment

• A robust technical background or a degree in a relevant technical discipline 

• A proven track record specifically in software product-related data analytics, ideally working on a mobile app

• An unwavering drive to learn, excel, and champion team success

• Stellar communication paired with the artistry of presentation and data visualization.

• Hands-on experience with mobile app analytics, event funnels, and a deep understanding of optimization.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL, some Python, and a good grasp of data warehousing tools like BigQuery and Snowflake

• A genuine enthusiasm for A/B testing and advanced statistical methods, ensuring that each test is set up for success.

• Acumen in Mode Analytics, Looker, or other similar products
