What You'll Do:
Traeger is looking for someone who is passionate about data integrity, is a team player, and adaptable in a growing environment. The core function of this role is delivering timely and accurate information to source platforms to ensure product data distributes successfully.
How You Will Help Us Win:
- Timely and accurately enter data in product data management (PDM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, monitoring for minor and major impacts from change
- Facilitate data maintenance, management, and collection to, PDM, ERP, and other internal platforms, ensuring product transacts successfully
- Perform routine internal verifications to ensure data is accurate and available, proactively pursue data quality with product management
- Seek understanding of current processes and challenges; drive to identify opportunities for improvement and ability to deliver greater value to our business partners
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complete data sets to share with stakeholders
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in SQL language a plus
- 2+ years of relevant experience as part of a product data team
- Strong capacity to manage projects and capable of working closely with product managers and other stakeholders
- A passion for learning and sharing knowledge with a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback
- Excellent communication, coordination and team participation skills
- Self-motivated and a desire to improve the processes, tools, and data
- Analytical and high-level attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems and how data connects to multiple systems
- Microsoft Office proficiency: excel, PC platform, Epicor
