Product Data Associate

Selkirk is seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Product Data and Inventory Specialist to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining and managing product information and ensuring accurate data entry for our product listings. This role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with computers, particularly in handling SKU and UPC creation, barcode generation, and product listing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

• SKU and UPC Creation: Develop and manage Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and Universal Product Codes (UPCs) for all products.
• Barcode Creation: Generate and manage barcodes for product identification and tracking.
• E-commerce Platform Management: Create, update, and maintain product listings on Shopify and Zoey platforms.
• Data Processing and Entry: Accurately process and enter data into various systems.
• Warranty Form Maintenance: Regularly update and manage warranty forms to ensure current and accurate information.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with various software and online tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in creating and managing forms with conditional logic.
• Familiarity with printer software and the ability to design and print labels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and analysis.
• Experience with automation tools and low-code platforms to streamline workflows.

Selkirk requires a 3-month probationary period before being considered for direct employment.
