Product Data Lead

Job Description:

This role is responsible for providing leadership toward improving the workflow process in relation to the set up of product data for Mars Petcare, as well as the quality of that data. Responsibilities include optimization and business effectiveness through process discipline to ensure consistency, repeatability, and sustainability while delivering on customer expectations with quality, efficiency, and speed. Additionally, the role is responsible for creating and measuring key KPI's on data accuracy and reliability and associated SLA's with product data setup.

• Ability to install new and optimized ways of working, processes, and channels of communication to enhance quality and speed on new item setup.
• Leading systems and process development projects
• Knowledge of Workflow Management tools, process, techniques
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implementation process management solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross functional teams. Resilience and exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in relationship building and influencing others.
• Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization with clarity and precision, both written and verbal

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Recommend, implement, and drive adherence to process improvements that will enable consistency, repeatability and sustainability in Data Maintenance Organization owned business processes.
• Communicate and share ways of working and process changes to cross-functional resources.
• Create and implement process improvements related to the role.
• Utilize and share Cross-Functional insights and navigation through cross-functional challenges and issues.
• Identify opportunities to optimize work-flow processes that deliver improved business effectiveness through process discipline to ensure consistency, repeatability, and sustainability.
