What we need:

We're looking for a Product Data Specialist who can do more for all Mohawk Flooring North America brands across residential, distributor and builder multifamily divisions. This position will perform data entry of manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and selling information, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

What you'll do:

• Process Product Master Data changes in CAMS, while adhering to established service levels to maintain a high level of integrity and accuracy.
• Add new SKUs from Product Setup Forms at the inventory and selling level, and deactivate SKUs at the end of the product life cycle.
• Audit data modification requests. Research and resolve data entry related issues and correct on timely basis.
• Analyze and perform data cleansing exercises, including a scrub of other critical master data elements to ensure integrity
• Perform project and data entry support services for special projects
• Executs non-standard requests to set up new SKUs and resolve data exceptions
• Execute simple data queries and runs.

What you have:

• High school diploma or GED equivalency
• 3 to 5 years previous data entry or customer service experience
• Experience with Mohawk products, SKU structures and inventory systems preferred
• Proficiency on a PC, including working knowledge of AS400, Excel, Word and especially SAP)
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
