We are looking for a Product Delivery Manager to join our team. The Product Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality products, experience in product delivery, and a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of products.
• Ensure that all products are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Manage product risks and issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage project change requests and ensure that all changes are properly tracked and approved.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• 5+ years of experience in product delivery management.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in the blockchain industry is a plus.

The salary range for US-based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills. Candidates should anticipate a base salary (not including bonus, equity or other benefits) of $USD[$176,000 - $366,000]
