Product Delivery Manager Consultant

A bit about you

The Product Manager represents experienced, senior level project management professionals with experience coordinating and delivering complex technical products and solutions in their specific functional area.  The Product Manager closely collaborates with their Product Owner peers to own the delivery lifecycle of initiatives in their functional area.  They are the delivery arm of GroundTruth’s Product Organization, closely engaged with their Engineering peers and actively participating with oversight on scheduling, management of dependencies, and orchestration of cross-functional engineering teams to successfully launch new products and solutions. They are strong communicators, comfortable in technical conversations, and take ownership of decisions informed by constraints in time, scope, budget, and staffing resources. GroundTruth’s Product Managers are highly organized professionals who are adept at balancing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
You will:

• Work in close partnership with your Product Owner and Engineering Lead peers to deliver complex technical products and solutions;
• Manage ongoing UX/design initiatives with staff design team, prep for handoff to dev team
• Manage delivery of ongoing development for AdsManager, our web-based customer-facing ad tech platform
• Manage communications with our product marketing team on upcoming release schedule
• Manage release cadence with dev team (4 releases per quarter)
• Manage and prioritize Jira items for delivery across our bi-weekly sprint cycles
• Coordinate cross-functionally to manage dependencies with other Product Managers and Engineering teams;
• Iterate on existing solutions to provide continued maintenance/monitoring of key products.

You have:

A Bachelor's  degree with 6+ years and/or equivalent/relevant experience in leading product teams in the AdTech or Digital Marketing industry.  Advanced degree, PMP certification, or relevant experience in Project Management, Agile/Scrum, and/or Team Leadership are a plus.

• 2+ years experience working in the digital advertising industry;
• Demonstrated positive business impact by delivering projects on time and on budget;
• Successfully worked across multiple engineering teams to deliver cross-functional products and solutions;
• Actively collaborated with business stakeholders to scope large-scale product deliveries.
