Job Description
Air is a Creative Ops System for Marketers. Our product automates the mindless tasks that marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised $38M+ from world-class venture capital groups including Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures.
We are looking for a Product Design Contractor who is eager to help tackle various design projects across our product. This person will work closely with the product and engineering teams to determine the best UI and UX choices for features on our roadmap and to help solve the problems our customers are facing in their creative asset management workflows.
Some potential projects include improvements to the search/filter/sorting capabilities in the product, UI and functionality updates to our desktop syncing app, a custom object recognition feature, video transcription management, and more!
Requirements
- 3-5 years of design experience, working on production applications with real-world users
- Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, and product managers
- Able to provide samples of work that show complex and creative UX solutions, strong visual design, and solid information architecture
- Strong visual and typographic sensibility
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to soundly discuss design decisions
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience using and maintaining a reusable design system
- Familiarity with HTML / CSS / Javascript is a plus
