Job Description
Position Overview
The Genuine team interacts with users and tests rapidly across many different channels with the goal of educating and converting non-paid users to paid subscribers. The Genuine team was created three years ago when technology and data science caught up to the piracy problem and we got a real look at the size of the opportunity. We began experimenting with new, digital methods to identify, engage, and convert people using nonvalid software licenses into Autodesk subscribers. It worked. We proved we could generate revenue. - Designing in-product messages (IPMs), chatbot experiences, and landing pages to help convert users from nonvalid to genuine versions of our software.
- Collaborating with the License Compliance team to help design customer-facing reports that are easy to understand and follow brand guidelines.
