Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Lead to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product (UI/UX) design and preferred experience in enterprise (B2B) design.

As the Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for an ongoing project within the enterprise supply chain space. This will involve working closely with the project team to understand the needs and goals of the project through various UX research activities, and translating them into visually compelling and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design efforts for an ongoing Fortune 500 client project within the cold supply chain industry
• Collaborate with the project team to understand the needs and goals of the project, and translate those into visually compelling and user-friendly designs
• Create high fidelity, interactive prototype dashboards in Figma to deliver key deliverables
• Work closely with developers, Project Managers, & Product Managers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Pitch designs to clients and stakeholders, and gather feedback to iterate on designs
• Participate in user research and testing to ensure that designs meet the needs and expectations of users
• Comfortable with playing a front facing role with client stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer, with a preferred experience in enterprise (B2B) app/dashboard design or supply chain industry
• Expertise in Figma, including prototyping and experience with design systems
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Miro
• Experience working with developers to implement designs
• Experience in user interviews and interface testing
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch designs to clients and stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Bachelor's degree in design or a related field, or equivalent experience
