The Opportunity
Our Product Designer is a hands-on position. You will focus on creating an intuitive user-experience for multiple enterprise applications and work with a cross-functional agile product team to deliver world class solutions for our clients, customers and fellow employees. You practice an evidence-based, user centric process to understand who they are, what motivates them, and how they interact with our suite of products. The Product Designer plays a key role in defining more efficient and intuitive workflows leveraging emerging technologies in machine learning, with a goal to deliver end-to-end software solutions for portfolio applications.
Responsibilities
- Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and contribute to early product definition.
- Driven to create elegant solutions exemplifying simple, smart transactions and workflows for complex applications
- Energized by working in autonomous, self-organizing, cross functional teams
- Detail oriented, accountable and continuously improving your process and craft
- A team player with no room for ego, bias or the need to push personal opinions
- Facilitating group ideation workshops, collaborating with and guiding stakeholders, SMEs, engineers and other designers.
- Discovering unmet user needs and defining the business value in all efforts
- Co-leading an agile product squad with the engineer architect and product manager.
- Assisting in defining and maintaining a design system across the product portfolio.
- Working to produce high quality deliverables through all phases of the project.
- Participating in visioning and conceptual exercises; establishing POV and future state
- Being an active partner in creating a design culture of human centered innovation.
- Iterating designs quickly with a Lean mindsetÂ
What you will need to be successfulÂ
- Must have design experience with Salesforce
- Deep understanding of human-centered design
- Demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills
- Strong self-direction and sense of accountability; exhibiting a high-level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices
- Open minded, curious, considerate, a positive attitude with leadership ability
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet goals
- Attention to detail and driven by quality to craft compelling, pixel perfect solutions
- Exceptional presentation skills to communicate clearly and effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- One to three years prior experience  in a similar position.
