Your Role:
As a Product Designer at NICE, you will be at the forefront of user-centric design, working in tandem with product managers, engineers, and users to shape the next generation of our products. Your creative flair will shine as you translate business requirements and user stories into intuitive, engaging interactive experiences. Your role will encompass:

🎨 Design Mastery: You will own the end-to-end design process, from brainstorming innovative product ideas to refining pixel-perfect details just before launch.

🧠 User-Centric Innovation: Dive deep into user needs, behaviors, and preferences through research and interviews. Our 'Pro' users are internal, granting you direct access to invaluable insights.

🚀 End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design of features from conception to completion. Transform research insights into ingenious ideas, design workflows, and intricate interactions that drive the evolution of our products.

💡 Usability Wizardry: Employ your expertise in UX methodologies to facilitate Usability Testing and ensure our designs meet and exceed user expectations.

Your Skills & Background:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

🚀 Agile Champion: Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams and delivering impactful results within tight timelines.

🎯 Communication Virtuoso: Strong English-language communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively convey your ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.

📐 UX Visionary: A minimum of 7 years' experience leading UX design within Complex B2B/B2E product environments, showcasing your unwavering passion for exceptional user experiences.

🎨 Design Wizardry: Proficiency in standard UX/UI software, enabling you to create stunning, user-centric designs.

 ⚖Project Juggler: Master the art of balancing multiple projects, collaborating seamlessly across functions, and exploring diverse design options.
