Product Designer

Contra, a networking platform dedicated to giving users the freedom and opportunity to work independently, is seeking a talented Product Designer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless user experience across our platform.

Responsibilites:

• Design UX flows: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for new products.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and user needs.
• Deliver high-quality designs: Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that align with project goals.
• Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
• Utilize a blend of qualitative insights and quantitative data to steer design decisions, championing user needs while driving business growth.
• A/B testing to explore innovative ideas, validate user experience patterns
• Emphasize user-centric design, ensuring that every feature not only meets business objectives but also resonates with our users, informed by direct feedback and collaborative research.
