Product Designer

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research with existing members, research panels, and industry experts to challenge design decisions and identify opportunity areas for future products
• Synthesize user and business needs to define the scope and requirements for releases
• Use wireframes, sketches, journey maps, and other tools to create user experiences that simplify complex problems
• Draft high-fidelity, build-ready prototypes for multiple user interfaces (Web, iOS, Android)  utilizing the best practices in responsive design
• Conduct usability testing to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback that identifies any friction in current products
• Facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions that champion design methodologies

Requirements

• 4+ years experience designing products that people love
• A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating an approach towards human-centered design
