About the Role

This role is all about delivering strategic features that elevate design quality and spark innovation.

You’ll support our Principal Product Designer, working across multiple product teams. This opportunity has opened up because we’re growing our design organisation to meet new and exciting challenges.

Things you will do:

• Identify, execute, and iterate on ways to improve the core Builder experience and address customer problems
• A self-starter, able to work with light support
• Strong communication skills to present and express design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively
• Operates and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, adapting their design approach to execute better on team’s initiatives
• Able to push Design's boundaries. Highly creative
• 0 to 1 Product Experience

What you already bring to the table:

• 3+ years of industry experience in digital product design, especially in an agency
• Strong in visual product design (a must)
• Motion Design skills
• Ability to create quick or functional prototypes
• Proficient in designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations
• Has worked with Design Systems in the past, and can use and contribute to it
• Proven experience in designing ‌SaaS products
