What you'll do: We're looking for a dedicated and talented Product Designer. You'll work on the Product team with the goal of delivering the best possible interface and experience to users and broadcasters alike. This role is being offered remotely or in any of our offices (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Milwaukee, or Miami). More Specifically You'll:

• Participate in the ideation of new products and features that solve our users' problems.
• Design elegant, simple user interfaces.
• Build user-centric prototypes.
• Conduct user research and split testing on new design features.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to create and execute new solutions for the product.
• Write detailed UI/UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers and articulate rationale behind your concepts and designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in human-computer interaction field.
• Experience working with a consumer-facing product.
• Experience with tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills.

The Base Salary range for this position is $104,000 to $125,000 USD. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the US for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
