About The Role
You will be part of the fast-growing team at Zoom to focus on solving complex problems around the Contact Center engagement experience. You will partner with Product Managers to deliver research-driven design to provide a quality experience for the Zoom Customers and their end customers.

• The designer will own how agents and supervisor of Zoom customers to intake, manage, act on engagements that flow through a variety of channels Zoom provide. Also will own the admin experience to provide customization of how the agent/supervisor will handle the engagements. The experience we create will have a lasting impact on customer's branding.

• Own and design Zoom Chat Channel for Contact Center Design experience
• Own and design Zoom Email Channel for Contact Center Design experience

• Own and design Zoom Social Channel for Contact Center Design experience
• Own and design Zoom software development toolkit (SDK) for all the above channels for all mobile platforms and web

• This designer will partner with other designers to create and manage the experience of how these engagement will flow from the Zoom customer's channels into Zoom.
• This designer will partner with the Zoom AI designer to ensure the Chat Bot experience plays well with Zoom Chat.

About You
Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX/UI, visual communications, graphic, interior, architecture design or related field plus 5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of user experience design processes and methodology for web apps.
• Proficiency with Figma (our primary design tool) or the ability to adapt to it.

• A passion for creating products that balance function and emotional impact on people.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and light user research is a must.

Preferred Requirements

• Chat UI/Chatbot UI and Contact Center( CCaaS ) experience is highly preferred
• Experience working with remote teams and an international audience.

• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Experience designing for OS-native apps, mobile apps, and embedded apps.
• Strong bias for action in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Self-motivated team player, with refined and assertive collaboration skills.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$75,900.00
Maximum:
$175,600.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
