Project description:

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the shaping of exceptional user experiences for our digital products. Your expertise in user-centric design will drive the creation of intuitive and visually appealing solutions. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into innovative design solutions integral to our digital transformation initiatives.

Potential start of the project: August 01, 2024. This will be confirmed as well.

Responsibilities:

1. User-Centered Design: Utilize user-centred design principles to address complex challenges while focusing on user needs.
2. Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research to gather insights, effectively presenting findings to stakeholders.
3. UI Design and Prototyping: Design compelling user interfaces consistent with established design standards and develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and design concepts.
4. Agile Collaboration: Engage with the scrum team in an agile setting, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups to ensure designs are aligned with development processes and timelines.
5. Working time zone: HKT from 09 am - 05 pm.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing diverse digital products and experience.
• Proven track record of working within a product-oriented, team-based environment, utilizing modern digital delivery approaches like design thinking, lean, and agile
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex design challenges while maintaining a user-centric focus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and cross-functional cooperation to drive successful product outcomes.
• Profound understanding of human-centred design best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping, capable of producing interactive, high-fidelity prototypes. Competent in conducting and communicating qualitative research findings.
• Strong capability in systems thinking and user advocacy.
• Adept at developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, suitable for technical and non-technical contexts.
