Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving complex problems and who will push boundaries, influence strategy, and have a strong impact on product execution and quality. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will take on design leadership responsibilities while helping to envision, define and design the future of our platform.

 

You will be responsible for full-life-cycle design of products & features including flow, mockups, implementation, user testing. 

• Help create and manage the Focal System product roadmap

• Assist in user testing and reporting user feedback

• Ensure features and bugs are reported and prioritized

• Assist in keeping JIRA and product charters up to date and maintained

• Assist in running scrums and check-ins

 

You will have experience with the entire product lifecycle at a high-growth, impactful company (startup experience preferred) and know how to interface cross-functionally, in small teams, and towards big goals.

•  Minimum of 6 years professional experience as a PM or Product Designer in corporate environment
•  College degree, preferably a technical degree (EE, computer science, data science, HCI, etc.)
•  Experience designing UIs
•  Experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, XD etc.)
•  Experience and knowledge of engineering tools and processes (Jira, release processes, etc.)
•  Startup mentality, team player and willing to work 40+ hours a week
