About the role

As a Product Designer at Attain, you’ll be responsible for supporting the full design lifecycle of our consumer products. You’ll work closely with product management and engineering teams to drive the feature development and creative aesthetic of our suite of consumer mobile applications (Klover & Frisbee Rewards). 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a variety of consumer product environments, specifically mobile products
• Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of teams and departments (i.e. engineering, marketing and product management)
• Strong technical competency and experience working with tools including, but not limited to, Figma, JIRA, Miro, Nuclino, Confluence, Looker & Slack
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; and ability to translate those skills into creative outputs for various audiences
• Experience working with Webflow, HTML and CSS

What a typical week might look like

• Design new concepts and features from the ground up to be built into our consumer apps
• Conceptualize new user workflows based on user feedback and new feature enhancements
• Create designs and prototypes in Figma for usability research/testing and implementation 
• Execute the creation of illustrations to be used within the apps
• Collaborate closely with the Consumer Marketing team on related creative and brand 
• Support design-related quarterly initiatives outlined through the product management team roadmap
• Helping to maintain and continue building out the design system for all consumer apps
• Working closely with engineers to implement designs and provide assets
• Manage workflows & tasks in JIRA
• Maintaining and building the consumer app websites in Webflow
