Product Designer, CII Rosters

As a Product Designer within our Client Implementation zone, you will play a key role as Panorama scales to support more students across the country and aims to provide a seamless experience across products and third-party data systems. You will focus on expanding Panorama’s ability to integrate rosters and other student data, providing a seamless experience across Panorama’s products. 

• Work within a cross-functional squad to innovate, test, and deliver valuable new features and other improvements.
  
• Design and deliver compelling, intuitive, and high-quality solutions that solve user problems and help effect change toward better, more equitable outcomes in K–12.
  
• Collaborate with UX research and design team members to test and validate your design concepts and solutions.
  
• Own the end-to-end design process for your projects by producing design artifacts such as user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  
• Share your work early and often within an iterative and supportive design environment.
  
• Continuously build your knowledge of K–12 education in order to more deeply understand the needs of our users: teachers, counselors, principals, and district leaders.
  

• 2+ years of Product Design or UX experience working on digital products or applications.
• A compelling portfolio of design work that demonstrates a solid understanding of interaction design, user flows, and visual design, including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Bonus: Experience in education or in EdTech
