Product Designer - Community

We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Community team! Help us build a world-class resource hub that inspires Figma users with a rich collection of templates visual assets and libraries. Your work will touch initiatives across Figma as we expand to new resource types and make them accessible throughout our users’ journey with us.

What you’ll do at Figma:

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction

• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

• Work cross-functionally with product management engineering design and research peers

• Create collaborate and iterate on flows prototypes and high-fidelity visuals

• Design and ship high-quality product improvements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 3+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for software

• An eye for high-quality well-crafted visual and interaction design and a passion for UI details

• Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end

• Systems thinking to translate complexity into intuitive experiences and consider every facet of the user journey

While not required it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Proficiency in prototyping your ideas to help articulate nuanced design decisions

• Experience handling complex projects with overlapping organizational lines
