We're on a mission to transform how institutional and private lenders make decisions, and we need your creative genius to make our product shine!

Who We're Looking For:

A visionary Product Designer who can turn complex financial concepts into sleek, user-friendly, AI-first interfaces. If you're passionate about crafting intuitive experiences, have a keen eye for detail, can write front end code, and get excited about the intersection of AI and finance, you might be the design superstar we're seeking!

The Role:

• Create stunning wireframes and comprehensive mocks for our AI-driven platform
• Collaborate with our tech team and financial experts to turn lending industry needs into beautiful, functional designs
• Contribute front-end code, build a style guide and component library to bring your designs to life
• Stay on top of current design trends and push the boundaries of fintech UX
• Maintain and enhance our company website (we use Webflow)
• Conduct user research and customer interviews to uncover pain points and dreams

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product design
• Master of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complex workflows
• Ability to code front-end - Knowledge of Typescript/React is a huge plus
• Experience designing for AI-powered systems
• Excellent communicator - you can explain your design decisions clearly
• Collaborative spirit with a knack for cross-functional teamwork
