Product Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Designer in India.

This role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, mobile-first financial experiences used by people operating across borders. You will be responsible for designing end-to-end product features that simplify complex financial interactions, from multi-currency transactions to global account management. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers, you will translate user needs and business goals into clear, elegant, and scalable design solutions. You will play a key role in improving usability and consistency across digital products used by a diverse global audience. Operating in a fast-moving, fully remote environment, you will have significant ownership over your design work and the chance to directly influence product direction and user experience.

You will be responsible for owning the design of product features from concept through execution, ensuring solutions are both user-centered and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.

• Lead end-to-end design of product features, from discovery and ideation to final implementation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and shape effective solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile-first experiences.
• Use user research and product data to inform design decisions and continuous iteration.
• Design consistent, accessible UI components aligned with and contributing to the design system.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate insights into design improvements.
• Present and communicate design concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving design processes, tools, and team collaboration practices.

Requirements

You are a user-focused Product Designer with a strong ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams and enjoy balancing user needs with business priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• 2–4 years of experience in digital product design, preferably with mobile-first products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, UI execution, and shipped product work.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams.
• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design decisions clearly.
• Bonus: Experience with fintech or regulated digital products is a plus.
