About the Role

We are looking for Product Designer-I who will work with other designers and product managers on the team to understand problem areas and brainstorm on solutions. A major part of your day will go into crafting designs that are simple, functional, and consistent with the established guidelines. You will also spend time with developers to get your designs executed. 

You would work with other designers on the team to get mentorship and hone your skills across different areas by proactively exchanging feedback

A Day in the life

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while adhering to our design principles and guidelines.
• Hand-off to engineering and work with them to ensure design implementation.
• Maintain the design system considering future products and platform.
• Work with product managers and fellow designers to collect user feedback and improve the product experience.
• Make changes to the product based on data and analysis.
• Achieve familiarity with information architecture and cross-platform flows to create designs that are robust and thoughtful.
• Learn and follow existing visual and UX patterns established on Innovaccer to ensure a consistent, intuitive experience.

What You Need

• 1-2 years of product design experience 
• Prior projects to showcase your product design skills
• Solid intuition and a strong passion for detailed interaction design
• Strong visual design skills, especially with an eye for system-level details
• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively

Our Noida office is situated in a posh techspace, equipped with various amenities to support our work environment. Here, we follow a five-day work schedule, allowing us to efficiently carry out our tasks and collaborate effectively within our team.
