Product Designer (UX/UI)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Designer to help deliver a best-in-class product for the health & wellness industry. This role is a great fit if you want to work on the entire process from concept to reality in the form of a usable and beautiful product, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and delightful experience across Healthie's platform.

• This is a full-time position
• Location: Remote
• Must reside in the U.S.
• Preferably large overlap with Eastern Time working hours

• Collaborate with senior product designers, product managers, and others to identify customer problems and validate solutions
• Ideate and create designs for Healthie's web and native app ecosystem (iOS, Android)
• Assist with information architecture analysis, user experience, interaction, and user interface design on projects
• Use methods such as wireframing, storyboarding, prototyping, and journey mapping to advance design work and increase confidence in solutions
• Seek feedback and participate in continuous customer research to ensure designs are usable and valuable
• Utilize and contribute to Healthie’s Orchard Design System
• Create experiences which help millions of users make more healthy choices
• Contribute to improving processes with the design team

• 2+ years of experience designing web and native mobile products
• Comfort working with UX methodologies
• Good UI knowledge and demonstrated ability to utilize design system components
• Critical thinker who follows a systematic approach to problem solving
• Proficiency with a design tool (Healthie uses Figma, but we are happy to help with a transition from Sketch or Adobe XD)
• Excellent communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly
• Experience at a B2B SaaS tech startup a plus
• Experience in digital health a plus

The base salary for this role is up to $140,000 per year, DOE.
