pureIntegration, a technology consulting firm with 19 years of experience servicing Fortune 100 clients, is seeking a Product Developer - Remote.

This position is a remote (in the U.S.) position, and will be a full-time position. 

The annual base salary is $ 90,000 –$ 110,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.

• Responsible for managing one or more highly complex product-based projects
• Analyzes data and synthesizes information into meaningful reports, and actionable plans of execution
• Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope and timing as needed, based on priorities defined, in collaboration, with clients
• Communicate with Senior leadership, business, and technical stakeholders on execution and delivery status, direction, and changes
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies delivery risks, and obtains/drives mitigation strategies and solutions
• Applies rigor and structure for client communications and interaction cadence
• Coordinates across operations, development, and deployment resources/teams to drive delivery
• Define detailed epics, features, and user stories (including acceptance criteria, and test scenarios)
• Escalates risks and issues to mitigate potential roadblocks
• Analyzes and prioritizes cross-function requirements
• Recommends process improvements for efficient execution of delivery teams, supported through justified reasoning
• Ensures that the team delivers high-quality products to end users, within the agreed-upon time-to-market deadlines
• Excels at developing user interaction approach and design
• Manages and maintains collaboration and data repository tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or other related field—or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 7 years of Technical Business Analysis and Product Development experience in a dynamic environment
• Experienced Business Analyst who will exhibit and apply Technical and Business insights to drive product development. Ability to wear multiple hats while providing MA management.
• Experience in end-user analytics and operation analytics is a plus
• A combination of practical User Experience and Software Development is preferred
• Product Development and Definition – familiar with quantitative research and analysis, user interviews, definition and depiction of customer journeys, presenting and drawing conclusions through analysis
• Data Analysis – Ability to perform and/or support data analysis for triage, research, and user analytics
• Frontend Design and Development – Wireframes, mockup, interactive demos, and UI/UX
• Scripting / Automation – understanding of scripting and automating functional and backend test scripts. Ability to facilitate Quality Assurance activities and processes
• Product Ownership – Strong sense of product ownership and the ability to develop product roadmap and vision
• Custom Software Development – Experience in custom development and understanding of complexities of modular and layer development approaches. Some/direct experience in Java, Python, and/or JavaScript (vanilla, Angular/React/Vue), HTML/CSS, SQL
• Microservice Architecture and Design - Experience working with and deploying microservices. Familiarity with containerization tools, knowledge of orchestration platforms, experience with API design, and understanding of microservices patterns & principles are crucial (Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Rancher, RabbitMQ, AWS, Azure, etc...)
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in cross-functional teams
• Experienced Scrum Master who will exhibit agile management and an understanding of what it means to conduct oneself as a servant leader.
