The Product Development Intern at Lookartz will play an integral role within our dynamic and innovative team, contributing towards the development and implementation of new products and improvements on existing ones. This position presents the opportunity for ambitious individuals to develop a holistic understanding of product management, working closely with various departments to create products that meet market and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the product development process from idea generation to market launch.
• Conducting market research to understand consumers' needs and desires and identify market trends that can inform product development.
• Collaborating with the marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure development projects meet brand standards and expectations.
• Supporting product managers in ideation, prototype development, product testing, and roll-out processes.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including schedules and project status reports.
• Assisting with Quality Assurance (QA) tests and user acceptance tests (UAT).
• Presenting insights and ideas to senior team members based on consumer feedback, market trends, and product performance.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment or recent graduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a product development or project management role is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior data.
• Passionate about product development and project management with a keen interest in staying informed about emerging trends and technologies in the field.
