Position Overview:

In the midst of an exhilarating growth phase, GRITR is on the lookout for a Product Development Specialist. This role is a critical addition to our Private Label team, driving the development of our outdoor and tactical product line from concept to consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead product development projects, ensuring seamless transition from concept to market.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors, guaranteeing alignment with our vision.
• Oversee financial documents including invoices and purchase orders, and manage inventory.
• Engage in the design process, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
• Promote effective cross-functional collaboration, managing product listings and inventory monitoring with excellence.

Candidate Profile:

• Keen attention to detail with a solid understanding of the firearms sector (training provided as needed).
• Exceptional grammatical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proven ability in effective communication and customer engagement.
• Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in product development or a related field preferred.
• CAD software and design drafting skills are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset and a passion for outdoor sports products.

Offer Details:

• Full-time, non-exempt position.
