Job Description

Product Development Tools Support Engineer

Primary responsibilities - Primary tool administration & support for Static Analysis tool solutions

• Perform application administration duties for ALM team supported enterprise tools including SonarQube, Coverity, and Klocwork
• Provide application upgrades and patching for supported applications as needed
• Work with users to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Work with users to adopt or migrate to the platform.
• Work with Vendor to resolve functionality issues with the platform.
• Implement and manage integrations between the SCM platform and other ALM related tools.
• Ensure security configuration standards are implemented and maintained.
• Ensure access controls are implemented and enforced.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent/relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting or working with software development tools related to source code scanning, such as static analysis, static/dynamic security testing (SAST/DAST) , or similar tools.
• Experience in providing technical support to users
• Linux server admin/user experience
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of software development tools and static analysis concepts
• Experience with API programming with a scripting language (eg. Python) to work with JSON or related generated data
• Familiarity with Prometheus monitoring and Grafana visualization dashboards a plus
• Windows server admin experience a plus
