Product Director, Embedded / API Solutions

As we scale and expand to more countries we're looking for a Product leader to spearhead our Embedded Finance Solutions team. In this role with your team you will own the vision and roadmap for the evolution of our Embedded Finance Solutions and be responsible for their execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a talented team of product managers responsible for building scaling and maintaining our Embedded Finance Solutions and products.

• Own the product roadmap for all Embedded Finance Solutions aligning it with market needs customer feedback and business goals.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (core payments sales sales engineers) to ensure seamless product development & launch and successful Go-to-Market.

• Measure and analyze product performance collecting data and user feedback to continuously optimize and iterate on the product.

• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration empowering your team to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling embedded / API payment products

• 5+ years of experience hiring managing and inspiring world class product managers

• Solid understanding of the FinTech landscape

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a global fintech

• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the FinTech space.

• Previous Founder or Management Consulting experience

• Passion for financial inclusion and the positive impact of technology.
