Job Description

Cisco Meraki is seeking a Product Enablement Data Analyst focused on analytics to join our team!

Meraki is making IT easier, faster, and smarter. As a business unit of Cisco Systems, Meraki is the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, with products and technology architecture that are changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud- managed IT a reality. Headquartered in SF, the team has a growing international footprint with offices in Europe, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and China. On top of that, we're on track to be the most successful acquisition in Cisco's history (and certainly the most fun).

While we have some generous benefits, like our onsite gym with weekly fitness and yoga classes, daily catered lunch, and paid time off to volunteer, what truly makes Meraki special are the people. People at Meraki keep the culture strong and make working here exciting, meaningful, and rewarding.

Are you ready to join the team?

The Role:

The Product Enablement team is responsible for crafting world class enablement experiences for Meraki audiences globally. We do this by developing, delivering, and enabling scalable programs and learning solutions that make Cisco Meraki technologies more accessible to everyone.

In this role you will have a fantastic opportunity to shape the data culture of the Product Enablement department. You will play a critical role in enhancing our existing business analytics capabilities, driving data-informed decision making, and improving data practices at the individuals and team level. Ideal candidates are deeply interested in data strategy, have outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills, build strong partnerships, and are deft at bringing initiatives to life.

What You Will Do:

  • Define key metrics, including department-level annual goals and team-level KPIs in partnership with Product Enablement leadership

  • Own regular reporting of results and insights

  • Partner with Meraki’s Data Science teams to build and manage data models and dashboards

  • Lead key, multi-functional analytical projects; identifying and bringing together partners, developing joint analytical approaches, and successfully delivering against project goals

  • Engage with leaders and teams to support and educate on data practices to drive data-driven decisions and priorities

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, consistency, and accuracy

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, experience in the L&D space a plus

  • Passionate about analytics and a desire for continuous learning

  • Precision, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail

  • Able to translate complex quantitative data into actionable business recommendations

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects

  • Outstanding communication & relationship-building skills with individuals at all levels of an organization

  • Strong technical skills in SQL, and experience with data visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI). Experience with Python preferred.
