Product Engineer

The role

Responsible for creating all the technical information of every product, including the raw materials, He or she has to have a profound knowledge of every product in regard to manufacturing processes, raw materials, accessories, and packaging. Duties include the data entry of the details of the products in the company's systems as well as communicating this information to all areas. As well as having the capacity to create this information by a reverse engineering process of a given product.

Duties & Responsibilities• Manage the budget requirements for projects• Act as the SME on Merchandising and Operations PODs.• Create & maintain information on all databases.• Create Tech Packs of each product.

Education & Knowledge• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.• 3+years of experience in the area is preferred.• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.• Creative and passionate about creating solutions to customer problems.• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.• English is a must.

Skills & Abilities• Ability to be hands-on with our technology solutions -comfort with HTML/CSS, Web Services, and Marketing Technology.• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, intelligence, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Great attention to detail.

Working Conditions

• Able to work in seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time.
• Flexible to travel to suppliers as required of the job.
