Your Responsibilities
- Operate in an inclusive, diverse team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews, testing and analysis
- Produce, evaluate, and test possible design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance.
- Solve problems and develop innovative mechanical solutions to enhance customer experience, implement new features, and deliver value improvement
- Compile and furnish necessary information (engineering decisions and reports of pertinent design analyses data) to document the design solution required for building of prototypes and adoption of the design with key stakeholders
- Execute test or analysis plan for product verification and validation
- Effectively work with cross-functional team members and suppliers to deliver designs that meet performance, durability, cost, and schedule targets

What Makes You Stand Out
- Skilled in the use of Creo Parametric, including large assembly management.
- Internships, relevant course work, and/or practical experience related to mechanical components and systems for use in mobile/off-road equipment.
- Knowledge of general product development processes
- Agriculture or other off-highway vehicle development experience
- Advanced training in additional engineering disciplines
Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Agricultural, or similar
