About The Role

As a Product Growth Strategist at Humane, you will be a pivotal player in scaling our first device, the Ai Pin. Working closely with Growth, your mission is to accelerate Humane's growth through data-driven strategies that span both product and marketing. You'll be responsible for understanding key metrics, conceptualizing growth initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

What You Might Do

  • Strategic Growth Execution: As an early member of the Growth team, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies, focusing on both immediate wins and long-term mass adoption.
  • Data Synthesis and Insights: Aggregate and interpret data across product usage and marketing channels to inform growth initiatives. Work closely with analytics tools to build dashboards for data visualization and interpretation.
  • Conceptualize Growth Initiatives: Based on data insights, help conceptualize and prioritize growth initiatives across both product development and marketing.
  • Cross-Channel Measurement and Strategy: Monitor and measure engagement and retention metrics across various channels to directly inform organic and paid marketing campaigns. Prioritize advertising features that have shown to drive retention and user engagement, ensuring these insights are incorporated into Humane's broader growth initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market and Product Launches: Support the go-to-market process for new features, partners, and other key initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Community & Network Growth: Leverage insights to engage with key communities and networks, focusing on organic growth through high-quality, sharable content. Develop experiences that not only engage individual users but also drive network growth through virality or other network effects.

Essential Qualifications 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth, product, or marketing.
  • Proven ability to execute comprehensive growth strategies.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools and how to use data to inform decisions in both marketing and product development.

Salary Range: $130,000-$145,000

  • The salary range for this role is listed above. Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge and skills
