Job Description:
As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading our BioPharma product team and driving the strategic vision and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with leadership, tech, digital, and data science teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, ensure product-market fit, and identify new opportunities for product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's growth objectives and unique client needs in rare and specialty diseases.
- Experience with anonymous patient levels assets, like claims, EMR, etc.
- Product experience with operational machine learning and AI models
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Drive the entire product development lifecycle, i.e., ideation, conceptualization, rapid prototype, full development, and launch.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, data science, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launch and delivery.
- Lead product workstreams using agile and scrum principles.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to iterate on product improvements and drive product adoption and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in product management, preferably the BioPharma tech market
- Advanced understanding of Agile values, principles, practices, and mindset
- Experience with anonymous patient levels assets, like claims, EMR, etc.
- Product experience with operational machine learning and AI models
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and visioning abilities, with the ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable product strategies and plans.
- Solid understanding of product development methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and agile development practices.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure product success.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Passion for health tech, digital health, and the potential of technology to transform biopharma drug development and commercialization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic startup environment.
We offer competitive compensation $225,000 – 300,000, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative and innovative work environment.
