Product Implementation Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management of the integration of new functionalities and protocols.
• Onboarding of liquidity providers.
• Assist dealers with queries about how the platform works including functionalities, UIs and platform APIs.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures, potentially with automation.
• Ensure top level client service and understand commercial priorities and impact.
• Work closely with our Product Management team in order to coordinate dealer readiness for strategic product roll outs.

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of FIX
• Excellent communicator
• Experiencing managing multiple time-sensitive projects
• Knowledge of fixed income markets
• Logical thinker and adept at problem solving
• Result orientated
