Product Implementation Manager II
Job Description
Position Purpose: Perform duties to assist in activities related to the medical and psychosocial aspects of utilization and coordinated care programs for Coordinated Care's Foster Care Line of Business. This position manages all Apple Health Core Connections (AHCC) programs as well as implementation of new programs to meet our members needs. This position works across state systems such as Health Care Authority (HCA) and the Department of Youth and Family Services (DCYF), providers and partners as well as internal departments to manage current programs and implement new strategies.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation/success of AHCC programs
Assists with developing workflows and daily assignments for staff
Serve as a resource and help resolve complex issues
Maintain working relationships with other departments
Coordinates and maintains relationships with community-based organizations
Assist with developing marketing and outreach meetings
Monitoring, supports of Pilot programs, reporting over-site
Experience in Child Welfare is required.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or social work or related filed. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of Child Welfare Work.
Pay range: $64,500 to $116,000 per year.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. The employee may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation
