Job Description


The Product Implementation Specialist is a position with a wide variety and varying degree of responsibilities, projects, and invigorating challenges for those with an inquisitive mindset.  The position is responsible for an array of projects across multiple platforms ranging from content creation to product implementation.  The role has a far-reaching impact across the business, a platform for visibility and growth from within, and frequent interactions with all departments of the organization.  This position reports to the Operations Support Manager.

Essential Functions

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT PROJECTS:

  • Complete essential functions related to product implementations including compiling and documenting product implementation requirements, modifying forms to accurately reflect marketing plan designs, and ensuring final product documentation delivered to external customers is accurately produced
  • Create and maintain product documentation integral to the efficacy and efficiency of business processes
  • Maintain database of product documentation
  • Coordinate dissemination of product documentation to various business units
  • Review and modify printed advertising material to ensure pieces accurately reflect state approved product forms

 

COMMUNICATION CREATION & SPECIAL PROJECTS:

  • Utilize strong copywriting skills to create content for various marketing materials for print and digital platforms
  • Create and maintain the Company’s processes and procedures, documents, and forms integral to the efficacy and efficiency of the business
  • Maintain document versioning
  • Maintain the Company’s digital document management system and digital library
  • Assist in developing and ensuring adherence to the Company’s style guidelines, branding, processes, procedures, and standards while ensuring they meet business needs
  • Various projects designed to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the Company’s departments
  • Edit, proofread, and format written material

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Technical Writing, written presentation of scientific and other types of research, Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent business or corporate writing experience
  • One or more years of relevant experience, advanced education, or training
