Product Management Innovation Intern
Are you curious as to how product, UX and engineering teams come together with customers and the market to build new technologies and capabilities? This internship will allow you to come support that process as the Dragon Medical business works to bring some new concepts to market this summer. The ideal candidate is adaptable in a changing and face-paced environment, able to take on self-directed projects, and collaborate with multiple teams. There will be opportunities to support idea generation, create new processes, present internally to teams, and interact with customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will report to a Director within the Dragon Medical Product Management business and support the Dragon Innovation Loop.
The main tasks involve:

• Market research to explore new ideas to solve product issues and/or innovate
• Help with development, updating and maintenance of customer database for our early design partners
• Leverage existing customer data to gain new leads and potential partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and UX to improve end-to-end customer experience
• Contribute to customer-facing deliverables including decks, communication emails
• Manage regular communication channels with relevant internal teams and stake holders
• Assist with the administration and coordination of customer interactions with our Innovation Team including virtual and on-site meetings

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in college
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full control of digital productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
• Internship experience in the healthcare field a plus
