Product Integration Analyst

Position Summary
The Rockport Group is currently looking for an Analyst in the Product Integration Group. This role will be required to work closely with clients and internal product teams to support multiple complex short and long-term projects by participating in the design and testing of the products Rockport develops, interfacing with clients, and configuring the Rockport system to meet clients' needs. Responsibilities
- Work with clients to define system implementation plans in conjunction with project teams
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Ensure clients actively participate in appropriate process phases, including requirements, validation, and end-to-end testing pre-and post-implementation
- Perform manual testing across all product lines
- Actively identify and implement ways to improve monitoring, identify possible functionality improvements or inefficiencies to deliver better value to the customer
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
- Document, design, and maintain system processes and drive business or technical problems to complete resolution

- Apply prior professional experience to new contexts to deliver solutions for complex problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to understand and express concepts and ideas effectively through writing, speaking, and presenting
- Strong attention to detail leveraged to analyze issues and apply problem-solving methods to find solutions
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies, tools, concepts, and industry-specific processes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a Technical, Analytical, or Finance-driven field
- Demonstrated analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bonus Points
- Experience with CRE & Technology
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (or similar) for documentation & issue management
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VBA
