We are actively seeking a solutions-oriented Product Knowledge Expert to join our team! You will be directly responsible for executing all of our internal and external training initiatives and maintain our customer-facing user documentation and internal knowledge base. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will execute all initiatives related to our newly created Leap Academy department.
• Work with leadership to execute Leap Academy training content strategies to effectively capture, organize, access and share customer-facing online help materials.
• Identify and advocate for innovative learning solutions.
• Execute leadership directed Leap Academy customer training classes
• Provide internal product trainings for new hires and new feature overviews for existing staff.
• Work with Product to keep knowledge base updated and maintain training demo accounts.
• Establish and champion knowledge management procedures and processes to improve efficiency, facilitate innovation and ensure standardization of content.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
• 2+ years experience in technical writing, training development or customer training role.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce.com, and webinar platforms
• Strong foundation in adult learning and presentation skills
