As a founding member of the Product team at Arc, you'll play a pivotal role, reporting directly to our Co-Founder. This is a high-visibility and impactful position, with big impact on our small but rapidly growing team.

🚀 What You'll Accomplish Here:

• Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers and their needs.
• Leverage data and research to drive informed decision-making.
• Lead and execute the Product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our goals and driving meaningful impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both your fellow Arc-itects and our valued customers.
• Establish a world-class Product function at Arc, contributing as a founding member.

• Customer Empathy: Understand customer needs and translate them into compelling products and value propositions that resonate with end-users.
• Data Fluency: Utilize data to inform decisions and establish success metrics.
• Research Skills: Collaborate with design teams to conduct exploratory and usability-focused research.
• Product Identification: Identify and deliver valuable experiences in partnership with design teams.
• Prioritization Abilities: Define and deliver on focused specifications, effectively managing requirements.
• Project Management: Skillfully balance multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects remain on track and are delivered with high quality.
• Clear Communication: Keep both technical and non-technical partners aligned throughout projects, employing effective verbal and written communication.

• B2B FinTech Experience: Previous involvement in the B2B FinTech sector.
• API Proficiency: Hands-on experience consuming and developing APIs.
• Startup Experience: Exposure to a fast-growing startup environment, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Customer-Facing Experience: Previous roles involving direct customer interaction.
