About The Role:

We are looking for a talented, meticulous, and productive product leader who loves working in an energetic and free-thinking environment, feels comfortable challenging opinions, and most importantly who shares with us the same desire to make the web free again.

We’re especially excited about product managers with experience in deriving roadmaps and prioritizations through a thoughtful and analytical data driven approach, and experience in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data from customers in the decision making process.

The mission of this position is to rapidly create web and mobile application interfaces, engage feedback from stakeholders both internally and from the community, and work with builders to help shape the direction and usability of the product.

What You'll Be Doing:

Product Management

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities 
• Help define prioritizations through data analysis both qualitative and quantitative
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface and interaction design 
• Design and ship high quality product improvements to existing products as well as new features 
• Help to establish, document, and implement partnerships, setting us up to scale our team and product 
• Work on features with ownership end-to-end, from the research phase all the way through to implementation 
• Identify problems, define goals and opportunities, test hypotheses and prototype solutions, perform user research, and collaborate closely with engineers 
• Facilitate product reviews and usability testing to gather feedback on your directions and proposed solutions
• Define and report on key product performance metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally you’ll have 6+ years as a PM or engineer/ founder with experience delivering technical products owning strategic roadmaps in startup environments.
• Experience building products for developers and software engineers.
• Experience leading a team of direct reports, product manager, designers, researchers, etc.
• Clear product vision and proven ability to execute across all areas of product strategy, development, and project management.
• Experience with building products to enable creators to create
• Professional experience working in fast-paced startup teams and with multiple applications
• A relentless hunger to learn
• Blazing intelligence and a world class standard of execution
• You should be a great communicator and remain calm under pressure or when juggling multiple priorities
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a must

We’d Love If You Have

• Web and mobile design experience
• Open source and community engagement experience
• Familiarity with Ethereum development and related technologies
• Familiarity with other crypto or blockchain technologies / communities
• Experience working at a startup
