Product Lead (Apps), Business AI

Meta is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented apps product leader to help define and build the future of AI-powered business-to-consumer interactions. The ideal candidate has built both PLG freemium and enterprise products, is well versed in generative AI and data, and has experience leading and growing world-class product teams. Meta has bold investments in the world's leading AI models (Llama) and data centers, and complements this with an unparalleled position in global messaging and social experiences spanning hundreds of millions of businesses and billions of consumers. Product Lead (Apps), Business AI Responsibilities:

• Leadership responsibility for our Business AI apps including lead generation, commerce, and customer support agents.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, AI research, and data science leaders to rapidly experiment, iterate, and validate to achieve product-market fit, increased usage, growth, and scale.
• Rapidly build up an apps product organization for this new initiative with internal and external talent.
• Collaborate, navigate and influence across the organization and broader Meta product organization

Minimum Qualifications:

• 15+ years leading and growing high-performing product teams
• Experience as a VP or C-level product leader at a scale company
• Proven track record initiating and delivering product-led growth enterprise products from zero to scale
• Proven experience to analyze, interpret, and leverage data to make product, technical, and business decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent experience from last 12 months building AI agents deployed into production, business apps, and data products, coupled with strong product instinct, growth mindset, and innate desire to keep up, learn, and experiment with AI developments as the space rapidly evolves.
• Product leadership experience. Proven experience to build great teams and get big things done across functions and products at companies similar to Meta. Close to the details but also proven leadership building high-quality, at-scale 50+ PM organizations. Strong customer focus, with a desire to unearth and solve for unmet customer needs.
• Strong technical background, enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on and into the details. Proven track record taking products from zero to one, bias for action, moves fast.
