Product Lead (Apps) (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Product Lead to join our team of key mobile applications. With a portfolio of over 20 different applications and games, we are currently focusing on 5 primary loyalty program apps that drive our business revenue. Our team's goal is to deliver an exceptional user experience, introduce new and engaging games, inspire players to return, and ultimately earn tangible rewards. The more users engage with our applications and actively play games, the greater our potential for growth.

As a Product Lead, you will be accountable for the development and advancement of our mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing key commercial product metrics, driving revenue and profit growth, enhancing user experience, ensuring product quality, and aligning with the needs of our end users and business partners. In addition to a strategic business mindset and analytical prowess, we value creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. What you will do

• Work with analytics to identify problems and growth opportunities from data
• Formulate hypotheses, quantify their potential impact, prioritize and execute together with your team
• Clearly prioritize and explain priorities to stakeholders and to the teamWork with the team, explain tasks, help solve problems, and support at all stages of feature launches
• Identify areas with room for improvement in our processes, and lead the change in implementing your ideas
• Be a leader, coach and guide other team members, and the main driver of positive initiatives in the team
• Come up with new App feature ideas, by creative thinking, market analytics and based on data

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager in digital 
• You have worked on a portfolio of products, shipped improvements with measurable results and have the numbers to prove it
• Knowledge in UX design, the ability to create user scenarios and design the user flow 
• Excellent command of analytical tools and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice (cohort analysis, A/B testing, and more)Excellent communication and leadership skills
• You speak and write English fluently
