Job Description Product Lead - Voice Recording Platforms : Executive Director
At JPMC, Product Leads are the CEOs of the product and are responsible for the end to end success of product and the team. We are looking for a senior Product Lead to join our Voice Recording Platforms team. The goal of the team is to deliver a first class voice recording platform that supports JPMC's current and future, real time communication products and controls and regulatory framework. The team are also responsible for delivering solutions that accommodate the non-regulatory recording such as contact center for quality and monitoring purposes. As part of leading the technology advancement, the team are expected to drive an innovation agenda with focus on next generation cloud based and software defined capabilities.
This portfolio of innovative applications, services and SDK's is leveraged by significant regulated user base across the firm in their daily in their work activities. We see an exciting opportunity to leverage domain knowledge combined with an innovation mindset to manage the end to end voice recording lifecycle including products such as Nice, Redbox and be forward thinking in public cloud and challenger products. In addition you will be responsible for ensuring the product regulatory, controls and business workflow interface, along with the enablement of AI / ML capabilities to deliver great insights to lines of business
As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for setting the long-term strategy for the product, organize the team for optimal delivery, manage the P&L and drive engagement with our customers and stakeholders. The team, primarily based out of Plano (USA) Bangalore (India) and Buenos Aeries (Argentina), are an agile, multi-functional team who are client / experience centric and operate in tight collaboration with business partners and stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Defines and communicates product vision and strategy in line with the customers' long-term business goals
  • Conducts market research and tracks industry developments with regards to productivity, collaboration, data, AI/ML solutions and understands implications to product vision and strategy
  • Identifies market need, interfacing with line of business technology customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product
  • Defines and manages the product's business metrics, including cost, feature & functionality, adoption, risk posture and reliability
  • Creates and maintains the product's definition, product roadmap & customer facing SLOs/SLAs
  • Prioritizes the product backlog & maintains a vision for the product
  • Oversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product
  • Creates a safe environment for experimentation and failures to support fast learning cycles
  • Manages the senior stakeholder community and customer advisory boards
  • Lead by example, exhibiting robust risk measures while advocating for adherence throughout the development lifecycle
  • Owns the P&L of the product

Re quired Qualifications:
  • Strong Experience in Technology product management role within enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a product management role with an emphasis on delivering voice recording solutions to end users
  • Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of the voice recording product lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Extensive knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • A strong understanding of product, software and engineering methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers
  • Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
