Product Leader/Sr Product Leader, Generative AI platform:
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our generative AI platform that focuses on conversational data to drive employee (EX) and customer experiences (CX)
• Lead a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers across RingCentral to bring the product vision to the market that is differentiated, cloud-native, and, more importantly, solve/improve customer experience.
• Deliver Enterprise-focused user experience supporting the company's objective of generating both new and expansion ARR
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, data engineering, and other product teams to deliver models that are efficient, scalable, and explainable
• Lead user research, competitive analysis, and market research to validate hypotheses and identify customer needs and pain points
• Deliver effective solutions by defining success metrics, driving progress and communicating results to stakeholders
• Manage trade-offs, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects and teams

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML models, data science or related fields
• Experience in managing AI/ML-based products that deal with complex data, processing, and analysis
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of how B2B data helps sales and marketing teams achieve their goals
• Knowledge of CCaaS and UCaaS markets and product execution models
• Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture
• Bias for action - focus on getting things done in a highly matrixed organization
• Work in a geographically distributed / hybrid work environment culture
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, or equivalent military and/or work experience

IIf you are hired in Belmont, the base salary for this position is between $190,000 and $230,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
